Sourdough Pizza

- 200g water
- 75g active starter
- 7g salt
- 10ml olive oil
- Your favorite pizza toppings

Combine flour, water, and starter. Rest 20 minutes

Add salt and olive oil, knead briefly

Stretch and fold 3 times over 1 hour

Bulk ferment 3-4 hours

Divide into 2 balls, rest 15 minutes

Stretch dough thin on floured surface
