Sourdough Pizza

Ingredients

  • 300g bread flour
  • 200g water
  • 75g active starter
  • 7g salt
  • 10ml olive oil
  • Your favorite pizza toppings

Instructions

    Combine flour, water, and starter. Rest 20 minutes

    Add salt and olive oil, knead briefly

  3. 3

    Stretch and fold 3 times over 1 hour

  4. 4

    Bulk ferment 3-4 hours

  5. 5

    Divide into 2 balls, rest 15 minutes

  6. 6

    Stretch dough thin on floured surface

  7. 7

    Add sauce and toppings

  8. 8

    Bake at highest oven temp (500°F+) for 8-12 minutes
