We believe that good bread takes time. Our signature 48-hour fermentation process creates loaves with complex flavor profiles, beautiful open crumb structure, and the perfect crust that cracks when you tear into it.
Every ingredient is carefully sourced from local organic farms. We know our flour millers by name, and our water is filtered to remove anything that might interfere with the natural fermentation process.
